Advanced Cabochon
Students learn how to create up to 4 ‘non-calibrated’ or ‘freeform’ cabochons. any student completing the course earlier than the 4 week period, has the option of a 5th cabochon design referred to as a ‘negative cut’ or ‘crescent’ cabochon.
Prerequisites
Completion of the beginners cabochon class and create/show at least 10 completed cabochons, or demonstrate the ability to properly and safely create a calibrated cabochon and show previously created cabochons. Note that students between 16 & 18 yrs of age must be able to demonstrate basic eye – hand coordination, as well as demonstrate the ability to follow instruction and use machinery safely!
